
Job requirements:
BA Degree in Management or HR Management from recognized University/College
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge on Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and Private Organization Employees' Pension Proclamation.
Ability to implement Collective Agreement and Proclamations
Ability in managing employee Pension and Insurance inclusion, salary change and exclusion.
Excellent skill in major HR functions.
Excellent follow-up skill in employees leave schedule, attendance control & disciplinary issues
Ability to maintain accurate employees' records
Effective Communication & writing skill both in Amharic and English
Computer literate
Ability to work as a team
Job location: Addis Ababa
