Job requirements:
Education: First degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain management, industry-certified preferred.
Knowledge: Profound understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, transportation, and distribution. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Training Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation, adaptable to diverse learning style with the ability to effectively communicate complex supply chain concepts to a diverse audience. They should be able to develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises. The trainer should also be able to adapt their training style to meet the needs of different learning styles and levels of experience.
Certification: Hold a recognized supply chain management trainer certification. hold a supply chain management trainer certification from a recognized training organization/institution.
Communication: Effective in English and the local language, fostering a positive learning environment.
Cooperation: Ability to provide support and guidance to trainees, understanding their challenges, and offering encouragement and motivation.
Training Methodology: Adaptability to different learning styles.
Timeliness: Good time management skills, ensuring timely provision of training based on assigned sessions.
Documentation: Demonstrated capacity to maintain accurate records of all training sessions, including registration, attendance, assessments, and certifications issued to trainees.
Reporting: Practical experience in preparing informative training reports as per provided templates, maintaining standard quality.
